SHARK TANK

Fintech Demos

Four coveted slots are available for fintech solution demos at the 2026 ENGAGE Conference, scheduled from June 9-12 in Orlando, Florida.

Selected companies will have eight minutes to present their solution’s value proposition in the Shark Tank General Session on Thursday, June 11, from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Attendees will vote on which solution best benefits their members, and the winning solution will be announced at the end of the Shark Tank Session. The winner will be featured in The League Insider newsletter and will have an opportunity to present in a breakout session at the 2027 ENGAGE Conference. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Shark Tank Presentation Format Overview

All four Fintech solutions will present their value proposition on Thursday, June 11. The speaking time to present will be eight minutes, and companies will be notified of their eight minute slot ahead of time. The slots will be comprised of a value proposition presentation and demo

Presentation

During the presentation, companies will have eight minutes to clearly articulate the value their fintech solution provides credit unions, including features and benefits of their solution and demo. We also recommend companies highlight applicable use cases for which credit unions can use their solution. When the allotted eight minutes of presentation time is complete, companies will need to conclude their presentation so we can transition to the next presentation.

Content Guidelines for Shark Tank Competitors

  • Communicate what your solution does, the benefits to members, and benefits to the credit union in a clear and concise manner.
  • Practice ahead of time as eight minutes will go quickly.
  • Provide information on your research, technical details, integration capabilities/dependencies, and ease of use/branding.
    • Per our advisory group, they want to see functionality and technically understand how it works from a member experience perspective.
  • Feel free to have one person present and another team member operate the demo.
  • Allow five minutes for a Q&A following your presentation.
